A native of Russell, Kansas, Dave attended Pratt Community College in Pratt Kansas, Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas and The Wichita State University in Wichita, Ks. for his undergraduate studies. Dave went on to receive a degree in Physical Therapy at The Wichita State University, College of Health Professionals in 1987. Dave is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association.
